  1. Complete the online Graduate Application (credit card is required), or
  2. Download the Graduate application in Adobe® Reader® (PDF) (or contact the Director of Admissions for a printed copy); attach a recent photograph to the completed form and send it with the appropriate application fee to

Also request the institution of higher education which granted your bachelor’s degree to send a complete transcript directly to the Director of Admissions. We must also have transcripts of all graduate level work. You can find the Transcript Request Form here.
